For years, I searched for answers—real answers—about my health, my body, and what was actually happening as I hit perimenopause. What did I find? Contradictory advice, dismissive health practitioners, and a system that told me to "just deal with it." Sound familiar?
I refused to accept that. And you shouldn’t either. At 45, I was 217 pounds, exhausted, frustrated, struggling with hormonal changes, weight loss resistance, and a body that felt completely out of my control. Fast forward to now—at 47, in perimenopause, I’ve transformed my life 180 degrees by digging deep, doing the research, and finding real, sustainable solutions. I am living proof that if you want it and are willing to fight for it, taking back control and transforming your health is 100% attainable!
And now? I’m here to help you do the same:
I’ve been where you are. I know how hard it can be to get up and fight everyday, and I’m committed to being your biggest cheerleader. I’ll help you cut through the misinformation & uncover what works for YOU, because this isn’t about what’s ‘normal’ for everyone—it’s about what’s right for you. Sound good? I'm here for you. Let’s do this together!

By day, I am an accountant and have been running companies and organizations since 2003. But in 2021, I hit a wall. I was done with the corporate world—the constant grind of more work for less pay, the pressure of working 80-hour weeks just to keep a job. It was draining. So, I decided to take the plunge and start my own CFO advisory and fractional accounting firm. Talk about a leap of faith!
But here’s the thing—I realized my passion for accounting started to fizzle out. I was just doing what I thought I was “supposed” to do and hating every minute of it. And then came a game-changing moment: MasterChef Australia. Yeah, you heard that right. Watching professionals from all sorts of fields—pharmacists, doctors, CEOs—walk away from their high-paying but soul-crushing careers to chase their true passions hit me hard. It was like a light bulb went off. Why do we stay stuck in jobs we don’t love just because we think we have to? Why not go for what truly excites us?
So, I’m doing it. I’m taking the leap! Is it scary? Hell, yes. Am I risking everything I’ve worked for? Absolutely. If I fail, do I have to start over? Yep, definitely. But you know what? It’s SO worth it. Because if I don’t try, I’ll always wonder “what if?” And I’d rather try and fail than never try at all. This is my chance to live my passion and help as many people as I can—and I’m going all in.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me staying active and loving life. I’ve been training in Muay Thai since 2001. I’ve been teaching and coaching since 2004, and I still get on the mats several times a week. I’ve also played competitive women’s and co-ed flag football, and I’ve been in love with the game of golf for 30 years (even played over 50 rounds a year for 10 of them)! Life is too short to not go after what excites you, and that’s exactly what I’m doing now.
