I am a 47-year-old personal trainer who has dealt with peri-menopause, menopause, weight loss, and weight management fitness barriers in my own life. I know firsthand the added day-to-day challenges of these experiences, but I also know that they can be overcome! Let me help you change the narrative of how you feel about yourself and gain the confidence to fight for what you want.
